For the Glory of God

"After Jesus finished saying this, he looked up to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your Son, so that the Son may give glory to you" - John 17

Some people does not fully appreciate how profound is the glory that God has given to His Son.

How intense is the way God has already answered Jesus' petition: "Father, Give glory to your son"

About Jesus' glory. Can you see it or know it?

Many people are looking for "signals and events" of this world in order to perceive the glory of Jesus Christ.

But looking at this world is not the way you will find Truth:

By looking at this world's "events" you will be looking at the wrong direction:

The relation between Truth and this world is this:

John 14:17 "The world cannot receive him (Truth), because it cannot see him or know him"

Therefore, in relation to the Truth about the Glory Jesus has received from God, following is the world position on the matter
"it cannot see him or know him" - This world can not perceive or understand about the Glory that was given to Jesus by His Father.

The Reality, the Truth: God did give His Son all glory.

"All that my Father has is mine" - John 16:15

John 13:3 So Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands

The expression "all that the Father has", it is the same as saying: The Father's Kingdom - the Father has given all things into Jesus hands.

 - All that my Father has is mine: God's throne.

After ascending to heaven, Jesus sat down on God's throne.

By sitting down on God's throne , at the right hand of God, Jesus was made King of Heaven.

Comparing :

1 Cor 15:25 For he must rule as king until God has put all enemies under his feet.
with:
Acts 2:34 For David did not ascend to the heavens, but he himself says, ‘Jehovah said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand 35 until I place your enemies as a stool for your feet.”

We notice that Jesus started ruling as King in Heaven since he sat down on his Father’s throne (33 CE – NOT in 1914). (Rev 3:21,1 Peter 3:22)

The expression "Sit on the throne" means to be enthroned King – so that Jesus is ruling as King in Heaven.

Rev 3:21 To the one who conquers I will grant to sit down with me on my throne, just as I conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.

The one who sits down on the throne is King. Jesus has been enthroned in Heaven when God told him: "Sit at my right hand".

"Sit at my right hand","I conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne." - Acts 2:34, Rev 3:21

Jesus has already been ruling as King in Heaven, in the name of Yah since a long time ago (not since 1914)

All that my Father has is mine: God's Holy Spirit

All that my Father has is mine: God's angels.

1 Peter 3:22 He is at God’s right hand, for he went to heaven, and angels and authorities and powers were made subject to him.

(the Father has given all things into his hands - John 13:3)

Every angel in heaven is under the authority of Jesus Christ - the Celestial King.

Yah has commanded them to obey the Son.

Thus, God has already given everything, namely, God's Kingdom, into Jesus Christ hands.

Philippians 2:9-11

For this very reason, God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend—of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground — 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Matthew 28:18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth.

God has already required this:  Every Creation to submit to His Son.

All that my Father has is mine: God's own Name.

"on account of your own name, which you have given me" - (John 17:11)

God's own name , namely, God's own GLORY, Reputation, Honor and Personality was bestowed on Jesus Christ.

God kindly gave him "the name that is above every other name" - God kindly gave His Own Name to Jesus
(John 17:11 , Philippians 2:9-11)

John 5:23 "so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father"

All that my Father has is mine: people in God's Kingdom.

God's Rulership is in your midst

Luke 17:20 On being asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God was coming, he answered them: “The Kingdom of God is not coming with striking observableness; 21 nor will people say, ‘See here!’ or, ‘There!’ For look! the Kingdom of God is in your midst.”

John 14:19 In a little while the world will see me no more, but you will see me; and because I live, you also will live. 20 When that day comes, you will know that I am in my Father and that you are in me, just as I am in you [Therefore , "the Kingdom of God is in your midst.”].

The ones who are in God's Kingdom are...

21 “Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. My Father will love those who love me; I too will love them and reveal myself to them.” (By means of the Anointing with the Spirit of Truth )

22 “Lord, how can it be that you will reveal yourself to us and not to the world?”

23 Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and my Father and I will come to them and live with them. [God's Rulership]

"my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our Kingdom/Rulership with him"

"so that the Son may give glory to you" - John 17:1

1 Corinthians 15:28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.
